Terms of Service

By accessing or using ObsessiveAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

ObsessiveAI is an AI chat platform that lets you interact with multiple AI language models, including our own in-house model, from a single interface. The Service includes a Free plan with usage limits and a paid Premium plan with expanded features, as described on our pricing page.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or harassing content.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or plan restrictions.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• The Free plan is provided at no cost and includes usage limits as described on our pricing page.
• The Premium plan is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We accept applications from members of our community to join our Discord Moderator or Support Team, submitted through our staff application page. These roles are voluntary and unpaid. Submitting an application does not guarantee a position, and we may accept, reject, or revoke a role at our discretion. See our Privacy Policy for how application data is handled.

The Service provides access to AI models operated by third-party providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral AI, Groq, Perplexity, and OpenRouter, depending on the model you select), as well as our own in-house model. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any output before relying on it. AI responses do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We do not claim ownership over your messages or files.

The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is owned by ObsessiveAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ObsessiveAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or reliance on AI-generated content.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
